▎精油简介

阿密茴生长于摩洛哥、埃及与地中海沿岸的一年生或二年生草本植物。众所周知,这种植物很久以前就被用于传统医学。在埃及的传统用药中,用来处理呼吸道问题与气喘,其中所含khellin可以放松平滑肌与舒缓心悸。在芳疗使用可以帮助开启因受伤而封闭的心,且可帮助女性舒缓生理痛及经前综合症。

▎精油简介

胡萝卜有许多种类,是一或两年生草本植物,直立多支,茎干可长到1.5米,精油是萃取自野生的胡萝卜种子,茎叶可做成干燥香草,增添茶饮或利口酒的香气。一般食用胡萝卜品种与萃取精油的品种,茎叶很类似,但野生胡萝卜的组织比较粗,且根部不可食用,整棵植物可以蒸馏出精油,主产地来自欧洲,有些则来自埃及和印度。

胡萝卜很早之前就被当食物使用,在希腊的药典中也记载很多关于胡萝卜被用于利肝和利胃的效果;法国也将胡萝卜籽当医疗处方,用于健胃、肝脏解毒、伤口愈合等效用,近代临床也将胡萝卜籽应用在癌症病人身上,对于视力保养更是不可或缺的元素;而精油较常用于身体皮肤的保养。

▎精油简介

零陵香豆,是一种高大的豆科植物,又称黑香豆,原产于南美法盖亚和巴西,叶片椭圆油亮,开白色小花,果实被覆浅褐色外壳,黑色大型种子经处理后,表面会结出白色结晶(香豆素)。

▎精油简介

肉荳蔻(Myristica fragrans)生长在热带,是一种常绿植物,常见于南洋、澳大利亚和加勒比地区,树高达20公尺,果实充满肉体感,除了果肉可食用外,种子晒干后是重要的香料,要刨磨成粉使用,精油也是从果实提炼。

▎精油简介

莳萝英文名称:Dill,别名:洋茴香、野小茴香、小茴香、上茴香、野茴香等,学名: Anethum graveolens L.,为伞型花科木质草本一年生植物,原产地中海地区和俄罗斯南方,植株高约60至75公分左右,茎杆直立、平滑,叶互生,具长柄,基部具鞘状苞叶。

根据五千年前古埃及文献记载,莳萝于当时即被作为药用植物,而莳萝之栽培可追溯至公元前400年,旧约圣经中已有记载莳萝的栽培。希腊名称Anethon,被作为葡萄酒中一种成分,称为茴香酒。

主成分为香芹酮(又称葛缕酮、藏茴香酮,carvone),α-水芹烯(水茴香萜, α-Phellandrene )、丁香酚(eugenol)、柠檬烯、松油烯terpinenes和肉荳蔻醚等。

▎精油簡介

芫荽Coriander又名胡荽,一般认为是由阿拉伯传入中国,所以才称作“胡荽”,在台湾俗名为“香菜”,其学名则源自拉丁语中,意味着椿象的koris,是一种草长50-90cm的耐寒性1年生草本植物,有细致鲜艳的叶片,芫荽是整个欧洲与中东地区经常使用的香草,目前在世界各地均有种植。

叶片和种子含有芳香成分,芫荽叶是台湾料理不可或缺的香料之一,能够去除肉类的腥羶味,增添风味。精油是萃取自完全成熟、干燥的种子,而香菜的果实称之为芫荽籽( Coriander Seeds),圆圆像蛋,直径约3-5mm,被研究出在果实的成熟每一阶段,所含的化学成分及比例都不同,成熟后的果实,取下晒干后变浅褐色,在未晒干前,可以将香菜籽萃取提炼出精油,即Coriander seeds essential oil,味道和原种子味道几乎相近,香菜籽精油呈现无色透明至淡黄色。

芫荽精油的化学组成会因植物来源和种子成熟度而有所不同。其中含量较高的是沉香醇(右旋沉香醇或称为芫荽醇coriander),约60-87%,其次是单萜烯类(蒎烯、萜品烯等微量成分)。

▎精油简介

丁香花苞Eugenia caryophyllus,原产于印尼摩鹿加群岛,现在马达加斯加、菲律宾及其他气候相近的地方都有生长,属于热带植物。作为原料的花蕾被称为Clou,由于形状似针,在中国又称为「丁子香」。在香料当中,香味强烈的丁香,市面上有丁香粉与整朵花蕾干燥的丁香粒。加入少量鱼料理中,可增加风味和滋味层次。

丁香树金字塔树形缀着艷红的花苞,成为岛上绝美植物之一。干燥后的花苞散发辛窜的香气,吸附力强大,因此公元前200年,西汉已有典籍纪载,大臣上朝前有嚼食丁香的习惯,为了与皇帝交谈时呼气芳香。丁香花苞精油是由丁香树上干枯未展开的花苞萃取而得,而其他叶子及茎部萃取的精油,因含大量丁香酚,对皮肤粘膜有强烈刺激性,不适合用于芳香疗法中。

▎精油简介

川芎,伞形科多年生草本植物,根茎可入药,又称芎藭,不规则结节状拳形团块,直径2~7cm,表面黄褐色,粗糙皱缩,有多数平行隆起的轮节,质坚实,不易折断,断面黄白色或灰黄色,散有黄褐色的油室,形成层呈波浪状环纹。

喜温和湿润气候,阳光充足,幼苗期忌强光和高温,土壤要求疏松肥沃,排水良好,含腐质丰富的沙壤上,主要产于中国云南、贵州、广西、四川等地,以人工栽培,中药使用晒后烘干,切片或酒炒。都江堰是川芎的原产地,有千年的种植历史,因为这里有独特的自然条件,川芎的质量极佳。川芎在中药材中具有极大的价值。辛,温。归肝、胆、心包经。

唐朝初年,药王孙思邈在四川的青城山,采集药材时,发现一只有疾患的大雌鹤,几天后身子竟完全康复,就发现那儿有长着小白花,还有很像红萝卜叶子的植物,他猜测雌鹤的病愈与这种药有关,经过实验,他发现这种植物有活血通经、祛风止痛的作用,便携此药下山,用它去为病人对症治病,果然灵验,药王开心随口吟道:「青城天下幽,川西第一洞。仙鹤过往处,良药降苍穹。这药就叫川芎吧!」「川芎」由此而得名。

▎成分解析

|主要成分:內酯

川芎有含挥发油、生物碱(如川芎嗪等)、酚性物质(如阿魏酸ferulic acid等),以及内酯、维生素A、叶酸、蔗糖、脂肪油等。

精油以超临界CO2萃取,根茎含挥发油约1%,鉴定出油中成分有40种, 占挥发油的93.64%,其中主成分为藁本内酯(ligustilide)占58%、3-丁酜内酯(3-butylphthalide)5.29%和香桧烯(sabinene)6.08%.根茎中所含的内酯化合物,尚含丁烯酜内酯(butylidene phthalide)、川芎内酯(sankyunolide)、新蛇床内酯(neocnidilide)、4-羟基-3-丁酜内酯(4- hydroxy-3-butyl phthalide)、川芎酚(chuanxingol)、双藁本内酯(2,2′-diligustilide), 以及3-丁基-3,6,7.三羟基-4,5,6,7 -四氢苯酞等。

▎精油简介

小豆蔻(Elettaria cardamomum) 一种多年生草本植物,高度达2~3米,多为野生,在印度和斯里兰卡,有人工栽培,叶片细长、绿色、柔软似刀片,小花黄色、顶端紫罗兰色,果实呈淡黄绿色,内部含红褐色椭圆形种子,肉质根茎与姜相似。

在印度、欧洲、中东地区,被称为「乐园谷物」、「香料王」,古希腊和古罗马人,也视豆蔻为价值高的香料之一,古埃及人会用来薰香,几千年来,在阿拉伯文化和东方医学中,都有相当地位,也被收录在其中一部古老的古埃及有名药典内。大约在公元前七世纪,由巴比伦国王培植。

豆蔻也像其他芳香植物如橙花一样,被认为有增进伴侣间的感情作用,不过其效果不如其他植物强大,通常需要并用其他香料。豆蔻在中世纪被称为「维纳斯之火」,是当时的爱情灵药。在西藏,它是一种用来疗养焦虑的药材。

豆蔻精油可以透过蒸馏法从新鲜果实萃取,也可以用超临界二氧化碳萃取法进行。巨大的荳蔻精油生产国是印度,而荳蔻精油的萃取生产可以追溯到16世纪,用它做为花香调香水添加。荳蔻精油呈无色至淡黄色,以蒸馏方式萃取的荳蔻精油主要是1.8-桉油醇、乙酸萜品酯。

▎精油简介

胡椒为木质性常绿攀缘植物,浆果小,无果柄,为密集圆柱穗状果序,幼果绿色,成熟为橙红色,外皮皱纹变黑色,种皮坚硬,有强烈芳香辛辣味,威尼斯人称为「来自天堂的种子」,使用部位为胡椒浆果,一年收成2次,产地于马达加斯加,在印尼、马来西亚、斯里兰卡、海南岛、云南等地也都有栽培。

四千年前远东地区的人就用来当作药物或烹饪用香料,到了五世纪欧洲人发觉用途,从此身价水涨船高,据说曾从匈奴王手上赎回罗马城的条件之一,就是付出三千磅的胡椒。

黑胡椒在现在世界食用香料中消耗相当多,为人们喜爱的一种辛香调味料,在食品工业中被广泛使用。粉状胡椒精油是萃取自黑胡椒,气味较白胡椒浓,也含较多精油。

▎成分解析

|主要成分:萜烯类

主要成分都是单萜烯,其中包括柠檬稀、β-松烯、α-松烯、α-水芹烯、β-水芹烯、香桧烯等,也有倍半萜烯,如β-石竹烯。

▎精油简介

甜茴香Sweet Fennel原生于南欧地中海沿岸,为多年生繖形科植物,喜爱生长在阳光充足,排水良好的地区,适应环境能力强,目前已广布于欧洲各国、印度中国与北美。

甜茴香使用历史悠久,古代战士常被用来增加勇气和力量。甜茴香也代表承诺,让婚姻中的两个人信守一辈子的承诺。茴香作为药用和烹饪的历史可追溯到古埃及时期,希腊人发现茴香可以排水,罗马人用来帮助肠胃蠕动,还可以去除口腔异味。

除了对消化系统有帮助之外,甜茴香更是女性好朋友,因为内含反式洋茴香脑,当女性生理期或更年期不适,有很好的效用,常被用于印度妇科用药中。

▎成分解析

|主要成分:醚类

典型甜茴香的主要成份为反式洋茴香脑(苯基醚类),约占66%-77%。
另外含甲基醚蒌叶酚、1.8-桉油醇、α-松萜烯、柠檬烯、茴香醇、茴香酮、樟脑、洋茴香酮、呋喃香豆素等多种微量成分。

|成分1:洋茴香脑(Anethole)

? 称茴香脑或丙烯基丙烯,是一种植物性类雌激素,有顺式和反式。

|成分2:甲基醚叶酚(Methyl chavicol )

又称龙艾脑(Estragole),是龙艾精油主成分。与洋茴香脑是同分异构物,差别在苯丙基的双键位置不同,功效上会有相似处,但气味不同。

此成分在龙蒿精油占约 80%;热带罗勒精油约85%;芳香罗文莎叶精油(萃取自皮)约90%。
